At Hammitt, we stand by our quality and craftsmanship, offering returns and exchanges on unused items within 30 days of purchase. We want you to love your new bag as much as we loved making it, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Place the unused item in its original packaging, including all dust bags and tags, and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our team inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
